Biographical History
Margaret S. Allen (1892-1982) was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Utah and Idaho.
Margaret S. Allen was born on May 3, 1892 in Cambois, Northumberland, England, to parents John H. Smith and Mary Bell Smith. She was baptized into the Chruch of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on October 13, 1909. Allen emigrated to Utah in 1912. She married Louis Lowe Allen on Decemeber 17, 1913, in the Salt Lake Temple. Together, they had five children. She went on to live in Utah and Idaho. Allen passed away on July 23, 1982 in Provo, Utah.
