Biographical History

Paul R. Nielsen (born 1944) is a civil servant in Murray, Utah. He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Paul R. Nielsen was born July 3, 1944. His parents names are Arthur H. and Vera Richards Nielsen. He married a woman named Alicia in 1978 and had two children with her, Julie Anne and Peter. Alicia also had a son from a previous relationship, named Victor Falcon. Paul worked in the Defense Department as a Test Coordinator for the ASVAB test (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery). In this job, he worked with school administrators, recruiting services, and the Office of Personnel Management to schedule over 212 tests per year for 23 years. After several marital and family problems arose, Paul and Alicia divorced in 1996. He then met Gloria Venegas Torres Nielsen and they were married on November 3, 2001. Gloria was previously married to man named Camilo Torres from 1966-1999. They had four children, of which Paul is their stepfather. Paul is retired, and he and Gloria currently reside in Murray, Utah.
