Includes correspondence, research materials, newsclippings, books, and memorabilia. These items deal with Grant's career and writings. Many of them relate to Mormon and Western history.
Carter E. Grant photographs
Collection includes 13 photographs, including images of the Joseph Smith farm and of a musical performance by his seminary students. Photographs were taken between about 1900 and 1950.
Relief through a dream mine
Typewritten history of the "Dream Mine." Most of the information for this article was received from John Hyrum Koyle, the founder of the mine. Also included are notes on "Koyle Mining Co. Stock Holder's Meeting," and a "Statement" made by Carter E. Grant. This statement is letters written by Grant relating to the mine. These items relate some of the dreams and revelations by Koyle concerning the mine and future events.
