Biographical History

Stephano Picenardi was the father of Leonardo, Allesandra, Annible, Cleto, Zaccaria, Angela, and Angelica Picenardi. Stefano Picenardi was a landowner in northern Italy. He owned property in both Mantua and Cremona. In 1516, Stefano split Castello san Lorenzo de' Picenardi in Cremona into four parts. Each quarter of the fortress was given to a son, however after the death of Stefano Picenardi the majority of the property was inherited by Allesandra (son) and Sigsmondo Picenardi (grandson).
