Retta Hanks Gilbert (1907-2007) was a Latter-day Saint woman from Utah.

Retta Arthella Hanks was born on April 22, 1907 in Caineville, Utah to Walter Ernest Hanks and Mary Ellen Stewart. She married Ernest George McKinley Aschmann on July 9, 1932 in Sparks, Nevada. After his death she married James Pilch Gilbert on June 7, 1941 in Reno, Nevada. She served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the late 1920s. She died on March 13, 2007 in Provo, Utah.
