Photograph album from 1899 by Arthur A. Baird. The first page indicates that it was a Christmas gift to Maurice Moriarty. The album contains twenty-two black and white photographs mostly of Yosemite. There is also one photograph of the Salt Lake Temple.

The first is a portrait of an unidentifiable person (the photograph is almost completely destroyed). Two of the photographs are mounted on the same sheet: one is of Buffalo Bill with several Native Americans, cowboys, and other citizens in front of the Salt Lake Temple, and the other is a partially destroyed photograph of a group of young men and women standing on a wood platform. Photograph by Carter from 1892 containing images taken during the construction of the Salt Lake Tabernacle and the Salt Lake Temple, with the dates of the pictures. Handwritten and printed lists of names and dates when temple work was done for them. The item records when persons were given Mormon rights by proxy in the Salt Lake Temple in Salt Lake City, Utah. The records were apparently kept by Matilda Wilcox, Johanna Larsson, and Arthur O. Neilson.
