Administrative History

The College of Biology and Agriculture (1983-2007) is an administrative unit at Brigham Young University.

The College of Biology and Agriculture was established in 1983 in a reorganization of the earlier College of Biological and Agricultural Sciences. In 2007 the college was again reorganized as the College of Life Sciences.

Deans of the college included Bruce Nephi Smith (1983-1988), Clayton S. Huber (1988-1998), R. Kent Crookston (1998-2005), and Rodney J. Brown (2005-2007).
