Biography

The Deseret News Ski School was a ski instruction program in Utah.

The Deseret News Ski School was established in 1948 by Wilby Durham, who worked for Deseret News, and Alf Engen, who owned his own ski school at the time. By 2000, it was called the Deseret Morning News Ski and Snowboard School. As of 2010, it was the longest continuously held ski instruction program in the United States.
