Administrative History

Dining Services (est. 1993) is a service unit at Brigham Young University.

Dining Services was established in 1993 in a reorganization of the earlier Food Services. The unit is responsible for providing food for faculty, students, and visitors through various cafeterias, snack bars, eateries, and vending services on campus. Directors include Samuel Brooks (1993-2002) and Dean A. Wright (2002- ).
