Scope and Contents
Collection includes sixty-seven photographs of the Utah National Guard soldiers and military leaders at the Black Hawk training camp in Utah County in 1904. The soldiers are in the 1st Infantry and 1st Battery with companies A, D, E, F. The soldiers are seen during training on battery use, swimming, getting paid, marching, military band, and standing at attention. The photographs depict Mount Timpanogos, Provo Canyon, and Utah Lake putting the camp on the shore of Utah Lake in Utah County....
