Franklin D. Roosevelt letters
Two typed and signed letters written at the Navy Department in Washington in 1918. The first is dated April 29 and is addressed to Mr. Fred G. Walsen, and the other is dated May 9 and is addressed to Mrs. C. W. Wildey. The body of both letters is identical and expresses appreciation for heeding the Navy's call for binoculars, telescopes, and spy glasses.
