Pamela Jill Porter diaries
Handwritten diaries. Porter writes about her spiritual experiences and how she regards the Mormon Church. Some of the diaries were written while Porter attended Brigham Young University and majored in English. She also lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and in Boston, Massachusetts.

The Oral history interview with Irving W. Poulsen contains the thirty-six page transcript of the interview conducted by Zane C. Calderwood with Poulsen. Irving W. Poulsen relates his life experiences in World War I, his early family life, and his feelings on being a Mormon.

Parley P. Pratt papers
Collection contains various items related to Pratt's missionary service and letters with his wives and other family. Includes a handwritten diary of Pratt and his wife, Phoebe Sopher Pratt, kept while the Pratts were on a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in South America from 1851 to 1852. Also included are three handwritten letters and eight fragments of manuscripts by Parley P. Pratt. All items date from 1851 to 1855.
Predictions made by President Brigham Young
Typewritten and notarized affidavits. The materials purport that the second president of the Mormon Church, Brigham Young (1801-1877), visited Provo, Utah, on numerous occasions and predicted that there would be a Mormon temple built on a bench of land northeast of the town. He also predicted that a railroad line would go west from Ogden, Utah, across the Great Salt Lake. These items are stories handed down by word of mouth through family members in Provo, Utah.
Priesthood blessing upon Lucy P. Russel
A blessing given by Joseph F. Smith to Lucy P. Russel, with Daniel H. Wells assisting, setting her apart for calling as a midwife in Utah. Smith was the 2nd Counselor in the Mormon Church's First Presidencey at the time of the blessing.
