Typewritten biography of Bessie Rachel Weeter by an unknown author. Weeter graduated from the LDS Hospital School of Nursing in Salt Lake City, Utah. She served in the U.S. Navy Nurse Corps for 31 years and retired in 1976. She died in 1999.

Frank Whitaker interview with Albert E. Haines
Typescript of an interview conducted by Frank Whitaker on 29 Jan. 1985 for Hillam's War Project at Brigham Young University. Haines talks about his training in the United States Army, his deployment to combat in October 1944 as a platoon leader, and his participation in the battles of the Hurtgen Forest and the Bulge. He was severely wounded by machine gun fire on 13 Jan. 1945.

Typescript of an interview taken from the included sound tapes. The interview was conducted by Frank Whitaker on 3 March 1985 for Ray Hillam's War Project. Lincoln Whitaker was from Ogden, Utah, and was drafted into the United States Army in January 1944. He landed in Normandy, France, about 25 days after D-Day. He first saw action in Gilenchirchen, Germany, and describes his many combat experiences.
