Scope and Contents
Two handwritten and signed letters. One is dated 5 Sept. 1894 and is addressed to "Dear Sir" (probably Barton O. Aylesworth) in which Burroughs responds to a request for biographical information. Also included is an envelope probably in which the item was sent. The other letter is dated 2 April of an unspecified year and is addressed to "Miss Gertrude Stroham" (?) in which Burroughs tells her she may quote certain passages from his works.
