Scope and Contents Transcript of an interview conducted by Craig Niederriter on 20 March 1985 for the Ray Hillam project. Adams in the 259th quartermaster battalion out of Pleasant Grove, Utah. He served in Vietnam from 1968 to 1969, and he told of feeling very lonely and homesick. He talked about his feelings when many men were killed around him and about how he dealt with stress. He also described his other activities in Vietnam where he also served as a perimeter guard and on ammunition supply convoys.
