Appears to be a gift for Aunt Mame (note that "Aunt Mame" is Frank Rhoad's relative, Mary Elizabeth Rhoads Robinson), featuring a relative of Fannie's. Includes photographs of buildings in New York of Dexter and Cook families, who are Fannie's parents last names. Dated September to October 1903.
