Scope and Contents

Contains a small series of correspondence to the Rufty family from related family members serving in World War II. Little is said in the letters about military actions, focusing instead on the well-being of the writer and events at home. The collection also includes a two-page account of a paratrooper company's involvement in the D-day invasion.
