Handwritten and signed letter, addressed to "Dear Carey," and dated 5 Oct. of an illegible year. Bingham invites Carey to attend a club. Which "Wm. Bingham" wrote the item is uncertain. Most likely, he was the Bingham who was an American author in the middle of the nineteenth century.
