Handwritten, typewritten, and printed receipts and payrolls. Most of the receipts relate to doughnut sales. The payrolls relate to work done by musicians and repairmen.
Helen Schlie papers
Contains materials related to the work of Helen Spencer Schlie in Arizona. The collection includes documentation of her business endeavors, catalogs, correspondence. Also included are documents related to a first edition Book of Mormon she owned, LDS cultural, doctrinal, and historical items. There are many speeches by LDS leaders and poetry written by Schlie and other Mormon authors included as well. Dated approximately 1965-2014.
Joseph F. Smith statement
Handwritten and printed statement dated 9 Jan. 1905 affirming that Smith was duly elected to be the president and director of the Saltair Beach Company.

Howard Stansbury correspondence and receipts
Handwritten correspondence and receipts. Stansbury writes to "my dear sir" on 4 Nov. 1846 requesting funds. The letter was answered by and unknown individual. The receipts relate to purchases in February 1847.
Arthur Stayner letter
Handwritten and signed letter, dated 7 Oct. 1873, and addressed to Brigham Young, second president of the Mormon Church. Stayner writes to Young stating that another wagon should be sold in the ZCMI department stores.
Stephens & Ford, Undertakers' business card
The folder contains a printed business card advertising that the company of Stephens and Ford, Undertakers was open day and night, around 1900. The business was advertised as "Directing funerals, embalming and shipping bodies a specialty."
