Angels among us / Jeremy T. Williams, 1998
Williams focused his project on folklore of angels and spirits visiting the earth. Included are descriptions of and scriptural stories about translated beings, preexistent spirits, and fallen angels. The project was written for Dr. Rudy's English 391 class taught at Brigham Young University.
Angels among us : why are they here? / LoAnn Fieldsted, 1998
Fieldsted collected folklore relating to angels and visitations. Included are stories of angels singing at temple dedications, an expecting mother seeing her daughter in dreams and at the temple, and a lonely widow feeling her husband's arms around her waist and a kiss on her cheek as she was lying in bed feeling lonely. The project was collected for Dr. Eliason's English 391 class taught at Brigham Young University in 1998.
Angels descending : BYU students serving in Romanian orphanages / Ryan Moore, 2007
A collection of the narratives recounting the experiences of ten BYU students shared serving in the hospitals and orphanages in Romania. The stories of helping and comforting the patients and parents have had a lasting impact on the lives of the students. The plight of Romanian orphans is noted as well as a hope for the future. There are seventeen items collected with six photographs printed on paper. Collected by Ryan Moore, Dr. Deirdre Paulsen's HONRS 300R class, Fall 2007.
