Contains an inventory of items owned by the Deseret Museum. The inventory was taken by J. Reuben Clark under the direction of museum curator, James E. Talmage between 1891 and 1903.

Materials contain progress reports, annual, statistical, and quarterly reports, annual reports to the President, inventories, and other records. Dated from 1936 to 1973.

Listing of nine categories of material acquired by the museum: works of art, books, large animal specimens, fossils, insects, historical artifacts, organic products, small animal and plant specimens, and mollusks. Entries are retroactive to as early as 1873. Historical artifacts section includes several entries relating to guns and to Latter-day Saint history.

Contains copies of building inventories produced by the Physical Plant Department of Brigham Young University. The inventories list the buildings on campus and some information about them. Materials date from 1984, 1992 to 1996, 2004 to 2005, and 2009.
