The extracts start in 1853 when Bigler was on a mission for the Mormon Church in Hawaii. He writes about a smallpox epidemic and missionary experiences. He returned to Utah in 1855. Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typed biography. David Daniel Peet was born in 1849 in St. Louis, Missouri. His family were members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. David migrated to Utah and settled in American Fork. He married Mary Elizabeth Thornton in 1877, and they had 11 children. He died in 1928. This item was co-authored by Laura Logie Timpson.

Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Persis Moore Sweat was born in 1820 in Maine. She joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, married Thomas McKee in 1841, and migrated to Utah in 1853. She lived in Spanish Fork, Utah. When she died, she had 245 descendants, including 8 children.
