James J. Adams autobiography
Typescript of a autobiography. Adams writes about his birth in Springfield, Illinois, his migration to Utah as a small child, his family's move to Parowan, Utah, and his subsequent life there. The item is "by Luella Adams Dalton" who probably typed and/or edited the manuscript.
John Adams diaries
Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a handwritten diary. Adams lived in Oakley, Idaho, and writes about his daily routine. He was concerned about his health, the weather, and farm work. He also tells about various meetings for the Mormon Church.
Biography of John Olney Adams (native pioneer) and his wife, Mattie Marie Peterson
Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. John Olney Adams was born in American Fork, Utah, in 1861 and Mattie Marie Peterson was born in 1864 in Denmark. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and migrated to Utah. They married in 1884. John died in 1932 in Bingham, Utah, and Mattie died in 1928.
