C. M. Brough letters
Two handwritten and signed letters. One deals with financial concerns and discusses a possible appointment from the governor of Wyoming. The other is personal and describes Indian relations in the Wind Rivers Valley.
Buffalo Bill papers
Handwritten and signed letters and printed pamphlets. Two letters from Cody are to his aunt Eliza Martin and sister Julia. Each discusses family matters. The remaining miscellaneous items were not written by Buffalo Bill, but comment on his life. Includes 8 items.
Citadel on the Santa Fe Trail : the sage of Bent's Fort
Typewritten book drafts with handwritten corrections. The items are early drafts of the "Bent's Fort" work and the "Military Posts of Wyoming" work. The materials were submitted to the Old Army Press for publication.
Frank Ecoffey letter
Handwritten and signed letter. The letter is in two parts. The first is a request on behalf of Hiram B. Kelly to purchase wagons from the store of Benjamin Mills The second part is a personal note from Ecoffey to Mills and discusses a visit by his wife to the Mills' store in Ft. Laramie.
Granville Stuart scrapbooks, 1865-1918
This series is comprised of three scrapbooks, put together by Granville and Allis Brown Stuart, from 1865 to 1918, while they were living in Montana. The scrapbooks include newspaper clippings concerning cattlemen's meetings and Granville's death, along with letters of condolence to Allis.
