Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten autobiography. Martha Richards was born in England in 1844, her family joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1849, and migrated to Utah in 1864. She married Thomas Featherstone in 1866.

She joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and migrated to Utah in 1856 in Dan McArthur's handcart company. She married James Boyonton Shelley in 1856 and lived in American Fork, Utah. She wrote poetry and died in 1884.

She married Richard Steele in 1845 in Nauvoo, Illinois. Mary migrated to Utah in 1851 and settled in American Fork in 1852.

Typewritten biography. The item was originally presented to the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers meeting in 1925. Mary's father joined the Mormon Church and moved his family to Nauvoo, Illinois and later to Utah. Mary married John Witmer Hoover in 1855, had twelve children, and spent most of her adult life in Provo, Utah.

He joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and migrated to Utah with the David Spencer company in 1848. He later settled in American Fork and died in 1882.

"This history was read at the February 9, 1970 meeting of Camp Dale in Castle Dale, Emery County, Utah, by Nita Hampshire."

Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typed autobiography. "Taken from notes written by himself. Read by: June Shelley Wright Feb. 10, 1938." Dean was born in 1851 in England. After his family joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he migrated to Utah in 1863 and settled in American Fork. He married Prudence Bourne in 1871, and they had 10 children. He died in 1934.

Dates: 1938
