Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Persis Moore Sweat was born in 1820 in Maine. She joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, married Thomas McKee in 1841, and migrated to Utah in 1853. She lived in Spanish Fork, Utah. When she died, she had 245 descendants, including 8 children.

The notebook includes references to farming in the county, relationships with the Indians, and the Utah War.
