Handwritten journal describing Littlefield's travels around the world in 1873-4. He started in Boston Mass. and travelled westward across the United States. He then went across the Pacific to the Far East and returned to Boston by way of Europe and the Atlantic. The account contains detailed descriptions of the Far East and his railroad trip across the United States. He also describes his visit to Ogden and Salt Lake City, Utah.

Scope and Contents Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a dual biography. Charles Joseph Logie was born in 1856 in Carson City, Nevada. His parents had earlier joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His family soon came to Utah and settled in American Fork. Laura Elizabeth Webb was born in England in 1857 and soon migrated to Utah with her family. They also settled in American Fork. Charles and Laura were married in 1879. This collection consists of 12 leaves photocopied from a typewritten newspaper article authored by Era P. Lowe, son of Thomas G. Lowe who was a Mormon pioneer; Indian scout, missionary, and colonizer. Thomas Lowe also built tabernacles and other community buildings under the direction of Brigham Young and John Taylor. Thomas was held in high regard among the Mormons, non-Mormons, and Indians alike and served in many community and Mormon Church positions.

Henry Lunt diary

Typed copy of a diary of Henry Lunt who served as "Assistant Clerk of the company of original pioneers to Parowan, Utah." Lunt records the journey of the pioneers to Parowan, Utah, and the activities of these settlers after they had arrived. The diary starts on 16 Dec. 1850 and ends on 2 Jan. 1852 and has many gaps.
