Scope and Contents Handwritten diary (64 pages) of Grantham's overland journey from Missouri to Goose Creek, Utah, in 1850 by ox and horse team. Grantham mainly writes about the geography of the trail and daily camp locations. A member of the company died near the Bear River, and Grantham notes the graves he passed. Biography of Charles D. Green and his wife, Mary Ann Radman Green

Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Mary Ann Radman Green was born in 1835 in England and died in 1903 in American Fork, Utah. Charles D. Green was born in 1838 and died in 1905 in Eureka, Utah. Charles came to Utah with Johnston's Army. He later joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and settled in Alpine, Utah. Charles married Mary Ann Radman, but they had no children. They adopted Loren Fisher Green.

Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten letter. Greenwood wrote a letter to her grandchildren that was later typed by the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. Greenwood wrote about her ealy life, migration to Utah in 1847, and gave her testimony of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Ellen Julian Greenwood was born in 1854 in England. Her parents were converts to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The family migrated to Utah in 1862. Ellen married Samuel Greenwood in 1875 and died in 1917.

The manuscript was read by Jennie Greenwood, William's grand daugther-in-law, at a meeting of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers in Utah County, Utah. Photocopy of a letter from Minnie to mother Grow, and another relative named Nell. Minnie writes about a trip she made from Sacramento, California to Salt Lake City, Utah. She writes that she went by railroad and describes the places in Salt Lake City that she saw. She mentions meeting the family of Brigham Young while in Utah.
