Biographies of Utah pioneers
Typewritten biographies of Utah pioneers. The volume was compiled by Dorothy Alvey Muhlestein. It is listed as "volume 5." Most of the subjects of the biographies were Mormons who settled in Utah. Also included is a history of Camp Manavu of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers.
Elizabeth Ann Spackman biography
Typewritten biography which relates to the emigration of a Mormon family from Wales to the U.S. in 1871 on the steamship Nevada, and final settlement in Ogden, Utah.
Biography of Ole J. Sitterud
Typewritten biography of Ole J. Sitterud by his son. Ole was born in Norway, joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and migrated to Utah in 1877. He lived in Castle Dale, Orangeville, and Fountain Green, Utah.
Biography : Alice Thornton Mott
Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten biography. Alice Thornton was born in 1839 in Hancock County, Illinois, to a couple who were members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She migrated to Utah in 1852 where she settled in American Fork. She married Stephen Mott in 1856. She had no children and died in 1914.
Biography : Ann Adamson Robbins
Photocopy of microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Ann Adamson was born in England in 1841, joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and migrated to Utah in 1862. She settled in American Fork, Utah, and married James Robbins in 1865. She lived in various towns in Utah, Colorado, and California. She died in 1912.
Biography : David A. Ingersoll
Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typed biography. David A. Ingersoll was born in 1845 in Hancock County, Illinois. His family were members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and they migrated to Utah in 1863 where they settled in American Fork. In 1869, he married Mary Jane Alston, and he died in 1930.
Biography : Edward Robinson, Jr.
Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten biography. Edward Robinson was born in England in 1839, and his family soon joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He migrated to Nauvoo, Illinois, and came to Utah in 1849. He later settled in American Fork, Utah. He married Sarah E. Harrington in 1862 and died in 1901.

Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten biography. Edward Robinson was born in England in 1807, married Mary Smith in 1828, and joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Edward and Mary migrated to Nauvoo, Illinois, where she died in 1844. He married again, came to Utah in 1849, and later settled in American Fork, Utah. He died in 1896.
Biography : Elizabeth Arsena Davis Boley
Photocopy of microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Elizabeth joned the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and migrated to Utah in 1849. She settled in American Fork. She was friendly with the Indians, had twelve children, and died in 1892.
