Report by Brigham Young University folklore student Noreen Robinson, who collected information from Kelley Pierce. Traditional for birthdays in Kelley's father's family. Toast topped with white sauce (recipe not included) and a boiled egg.
Rag pudding / Robert Cook, 1982 April 2
Report by Utah State University history student Robert Cook, who collected information from his aunt, Elaine Cook. Made by informant's grandmother for holidays. Suet dough wrapped around berries, tied in a rag and boiled.
