Will of Charles Christopher Springer
Contains a photocopied transcription from "American Families: Genealogical and Heraldic," 49 E 34- G.S., page 209, titled, "Will of Christopher Springer." The biographical account discusses the Springer family in Europe and North America, stating that the actions of the Orphans Court as stated in the will are dated June 9, 1669, three weeks after Christopher's death. Originally published by the American Historical Society in the 1920s.

Handwritten and signed statement dated 3 Jan. 1829. The item was sworn before A. Gamble, a judge. The manuscript concerns a case being appealed to the Supreme Court of the state of Missouri.
Hosea Stout interpleader
Signed legal document from the Salt Lake County Probate Court, Utah Territory in re Edwin D. Woolley et al vs. Brigham Young et al in which Stout asked Woolley, June Heoracks' executor, to transfer Lot 3, Block 72, Plat A, Salt Lake Survey to Young's possession.

William I. Appleby subpoena for Wilford Woodruff
Handwritten subpoena dated 19 April 1855. The item was issued under the authority of Judge Leonidas Shaver and was signed by William I. Appleby. Shaver orders seven people be called to testify in the case of Utah Teritory vs. Rufus Ingalls. One of those called was Wilford Woodruff, an apostle in the Mormon Church.
Subscription lists
Includes subscription lists for reprints of two speeches given in the U.S. House of Representatives concerning the Polygamy Bill. Thirty-three colleagues signed the subscription list for copies of C.M. Pomeroy's speech (Rep. of Iowa) and fourteen signed a list for reprints of Hamilton Ward's address (Rep. of New York). A total of 14,700 copies were ordered from the Congressional Globe office. Photocopies of the speeches are included.
