Handwritten letter written in Kearney, Missouri, dated 7 July 1906, and addressed to his nephew, Jesse. The letter states, "Dear Jesse. Do not forget cartridges 38 Cal 1873 Modell Winchester. Also bring one cleaning stick in 3 pieces so I can put it in brich of gun One of them that screws together. It must not be less than 26 inches in length Your affct Uncle Frank James."

Also included is a newspaper clipping of a photograph of Frank James and Kit Dalton dated 4 July 1910.
