The materials relate to the Christiansen family members who joined the Mormon Church in Denmark and migrated to Utah. The diaries are by Parley Christiansen (1857-1930), Niels Christian Christiansen (1817-1899), and Christian Christensen (1790-1871) and relate to their conversion to Mormonism, their journey to Utah, and their lives there.
