Parley Christiansen journals, biographies, certificates, photographs and family histories--all photocopies. Journal topics include LDS priesthood ordinance instructions, mission statistical reports and experiences in the Northwestern States Mission, attacks by Native Americans, and his work in the Irrigation Company and Church leadership experiences, 1887-1897.

Genealogies, photocopies of handwritten diaries and articles, family histories, and maps bound in one volume. The materials relate to the Christiansen family members who joined the Mormon Church in Denmark and migrated to Utah. The diaries are by Parley Christiansen (1857-1930), Niels Christian Christiansen (1817-1899), and Christian Christensen (1790-1871) and relate to their conversion to Mormonism, their journey to Utah, and their lives there.

Photocopies of handwritten diaries. Jensen joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1859, served on a mission to Denmark, and immigrated to the United States in 1863. He was a polygamist who lived in Cache Valley, Utah, and in Star Valley, Wyoming. Also included is a biography of Alma L. Jensen by Annie Jensen Wickham.

Photocopy of a typewritten biography. The item contains information about the life of Andrew Nielsen Christiansen Jensen and his conversion to the Mormon faith. His family was among the first in their area of Denmark to join this new religion, and they migrated as pioneers to Utah and later to Mexico.

Scope and Contents Photocopies of a typescript of a diary and an autobiography. The diary covers the years from 1851 to 1857 and has many gaps. The autobiographical materials cover the rest of Larsen's life. Larsen was converted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Denmark and performed missionary work in that country and in Norway.
