Communique
Photocopies of a typewritten military communique from the Allied Powers to the Japanese government probably dated August 15, 1945. The item presents some conditions as well as a procedural itinerary relative to the Japanese surrender to the Allies.
Kaigun nikki
"Kaigun Nikki" or "Navy Diary" created by the Japanese government for military personnel. Used by an unidentified Japanese military person who served in the Philippines during the Second World War. The printed diary is for 1942, but the entries are from 1943.
