Scope and Contents Contains materials related to the life and activities of Kane. These consist primarily of a series of composition books and two letters. The composition books contain mostly letters written by Harriet to her mother, father, and others, but later volumes include medical notes. The letters concern family matters, and a purchase made by a friend on Harriet's behalf. Materials date between 1870 and 1891.
