Elias Rector agreement
Handwritten and signed agreement, dated 25 June 1816, and regisered in St. Louis, Missouri. Recotor agrees to sell Thomas H. Benton land for $1,900. Benton was a St. Louis writer who later served as a U.S. Senator.
Charles Dehault Delassus agreement
Handwritten and signed agreement, dated 23 Feb. 1801, and registered in St. Louis, Missouri. Delassus and Auguste Chouteau agree to make sure that the children of Gabriel S. Cerre receive his property in the event of their father's death.
Pierre Bissonette agreement
Handwritten agreement in French, dated 30 April 1808, and recorded in the Saint Charles Parish of Louisiana. Bissonette agrees to sell Louis Tayon land in Saint Louis. This area may have been in Missouri. The item was signed and verified by Guy Duquette. Bissonette signed the item with a mark.
Christopher Carpenter agreement
Handwritten and signed agreement stating that Christopher Carpenter will purchase land from James Richardson. The item is dated December 28, 1804 and the place is given as "Seline." This location has not been identified. It may have been in Missouri, perhaps near St. Louis.

Handwritten and signed agreement stating that Christopher Carpenter will deed land to Gabriel Cerre. The item is in Spanish, dated November 1803, and registered in St. Louis, Missouri.
A. V. Carr agreement
Handwritten and signed promissory note made out to Samuel Solomon. The item is dated 2 Nov. 1818 and was created in St. Louis, Missouri. Carr promises to give Solomon money.
Pascal L. Cerre statement
Handwritten and signed statement, dated 25 Oct. 1823, and composed in St. Louis, Missouri. Cerre answers a complaint by Francis B. Holmes and Andrew Elliott concerning a sale of land.
Alexander McNair certificate
Handwritten and signed legal notice stating that the accounts of Anthony Reilhe, lately deceased, have been settled. Also the issue of the marriage contracts with Stella Camp have been addressed. The item is dated 16 Jan. 1808 and was signed by Stella M. Harvey, John Harvey, Margaret McNair, and Alexander McNair.
