Collection includes a variety of business records of the Knight Investment Company, including: articles of incorporation, state certificates, patents, abstracts, deeds, receipts, bonds, wills, certificates, affidavits, company reports, surveys, letters, oaths, shipment orders, pool agreements, proxy agreements, letters of administration, leases, blueprints, tax forms, and other legal documents. Items document the business of the company between 1883 and 1964.

The scrapbook contains promotional literature and brochures, patents, correspondence, photographs, newspaper clippings, scientific literature, journal articles, scientific drawings, stock certificates and poetry. The manuscripts deal with Mormon religious topics. Also includes court transcripts, patent certificates, and magazine articles related to Leishman's activities. Dated 1909-2011.

Printed and handwritten patent number 823,320 dated 12 June 1906. The patent was issued to Henry William Davis on a shaft support for wagons, buggies, or other vehicles. The item contains diagrams and an explanation of the invention.
