Henry Charles Eddington diaries
Photocopy of a handwritten diary from 1886 to 1888 when Eddington was serving as a missionary for the Mormon Church in the Southern States of the United States and in England. He was transferred from the Southern States to England because of hostile activities against the Mormon missionaries. Also included is a typescript of a diary kept by Eddington from September to December in 1879. He writes about the weather while passing through various communities in Utah.

Handwritten diaries, appointment books and miscellaneous items. The materials document Holt's activities as a missionary for the Mormon Church. They include a typewritten copy of a priesthood blessing given to Holt by George Reynolds.

George Tilton Hyde oral history transcript
Photocopy of a transcript of an interview done with George Hyde by his son, Rosel H. Hyde, on 16 Aug. 1956. George was raised in Kaysville, Utah, served on a Mormon mission to the Southern States, and spent most of his adult life in Idaho. He lived in Downey and was stake president of the Pocatello Stake for the Mormon Church for twenty-five years.

Joseph Ellis Johnson diary and biographies
Typescript of a diary and two biographies. Johnson kept the diary from 1886 to 1887 while serving on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Southern States. Also included are two biographies of Johnson by family members.
Junius Wilford Keyes missionary diaries
Ten volumes documenting his service in the North Texas Conference of the Southern States Mission for the Mormon Chuch. His mission was from June 15, 1903 to September 17, 1905. One of the volumes contains a collection of songs compiled by the author. A transcription of the diaries, with a transcriber's note and an index of persons and places, is also included.
