This series contains the financial records of the Angelaires, kept by Virginia Werner Hatten, director of the Angelaires Harp Ensemble. The records detail the salary for each harpist during those years, their taxes, social security ect. There are also federal tax returns from 1952 and 1954. In addition to the harpist’s salaries, their ledgers detail expenditures including gowns, shoes, photography, car and harp trailer deposits and many others. Dates range 1949-1954.
