Joe Belkan letter
Letter dated 13 Feb. 1891 and addressed to a Mr. Parkins Ouray, Colorado. Belken is in Salt Lake City, Utah, looking for work, but the "money market" is tight and "the town is full of people hunting employment and failing to find it." Belken also asks Parkins for some money, so he can return to Ouray.
