The Juel Buck Schiller biography on Claude Buck includes the account entitled "The Artist, Claude Buck" in which his daughter, Juel, portrays his life through the eyes of a loving daughter. Included are press notes, letters, lists of his exhibits, a detailed biography of his life in terms of poverty, poetry and philosophy as well as his poems which are compiled by Juel.

Abstract This collection consists of the drafts of a biography of the author's father Julian Alden Weir (1852-1919) and typescripts of his letters. There is also background material on Julian's father, Robert Walter Weir (1803-1889). Both men were prominent American artists from New York state.
