Photocopies of a typewritten autobiography, a newspaper clipping, a Mormon Church blessing, and an essay. Also included are photocopies of handwritten letters received by Bean. These items include letters received from Mormon Church leaders Heber J. Grant and J. Golden Kimball. Bean was a missionary to the Southern States and lived in Palmyra, New York from 1915 to 1939.

Abstract

This collection, containing letters, journals, newspaper articles, and other family correspondence, has been organized into folders by year, starting in 1846 and ending in 1960.

Abstract Boxes 1 and 2 being mostly manuscript material and booklets (as well as a few photographs), and boxes 3-5 being diaries and a folder of photocopies from a scrapbook and an autobiography. Most the manuscript material is typescript in form, coming from various persons. Boxes 3, 4, and the first folder of 5 contain all 33 of Lucy Grant Cannon's diaries. Scope and Contents

Typewritten and signed letter dated September 24, 1920 and addressed to Miss Miriam Taylor of Provo, Utah. The letter informs Miss Taylor that she has been "selected as a missionary to labor in New Zealand" for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She is expected to leave in November of 1920.

Abstract

This collection consists of two albums of photographs of Japan, circa 1901. Included in the photographs are pictures of Heber J. Grant (1856-1945), Horace S. Ensign, Louis A. Kelsch (1856-1917), and Alma O. Taylor, a nineteen-year-old missionary.

This collection contains papers, certificates, and photographs relating to William W. Phelps, son of Henry E. and Mary Catherine Phelps. The collection also includes material relating to his LDS mission to Britain around 1903 as well as in the Pioneer and Ensign stakes. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, 16 February, 1866 and died 30 August, 1945.

Scope and Contents This collection includes family correspondence, autobiographical and biographical material of Edward H. Snow, journals, notebooks, documents, and miscellaneous papers. There are also newspaper clippings and published materials about Snow, as well as several photographs of Snow family members.
