John Alder letter
Handwritten letter dated 26 Aug. 1888, addressed to a P. Carpenter, and written in Manti, Utah. Alder thanks Carpenter for his recent work in the Manti Temple of the Mormon Church.
Moses Franklin Farnsworth papers
Correspondence, record books, pension petitions, certificates, pamphlets, articles of incorporation, poems, blessings, poems, and miscellaneous items. The materials relate to Farnsworth's activities particulary in the Mormon Church. Included in the collection are letters from the fourth president of the Mormon Church, Willford Woodruff, patriarchal blessings, letters relating to Mormon polygamy, and a book recording the work done in the Manti Temple of the Mormon Church.
Temple record
Handwritten lists of names and dates when temple work was done for them. The item records when persons were given Mormon rites by proxy in an unnamed temple, probably the Manti Temple in Manti, Utah. The records were apparently kept by Soren Sorensen and Karen Sorensen.

Tax receipts, a bank savings book, a license, invitations, record book of temple work performed in the Manti Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, memorandum book, and financial records. The receipts relate to property, water and other taxes, transactions with the Zion's Savings Bank, and Manti Temple reunion invitations. The materials also relate to the Cox family of Manti.
