The volumes contain meeting minutes, photocopies of newspaper articles, correspondence, brochures, pamphlets, event programs, and other miscellaneous items that were deemed to have a historical value. Materials dated 1922-1986.
Herbert S. Auerbach collection
Collection includes letters, photographs, books, and maps relating to Herbert S. Auerbach's hobby of Western history, as well as a few miscellaneous items. The items were collected over the course of his lifetime. The collection dates from circa 1882 to 1945.
Clyde Max Bauer collection
Materials collected and created by Clyde Max Bauer during his life. Includes autobiographical materials, books, a Shriner Children's Hospital contributor certificate, maps, particularly on the Wind River Basin in Wyoming, photographs of Glacier National Park, Masonic hats, and personal papers, and is largely related to his career as a ranger at Yellowstone National Park. Dated approximately 1896 to 1968.

L. John Bingham papers
Contains a Luther Bible, an Triple Combination (Book of Mormon, Doctrine and Covenants, and Pearl of Great Price) from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and The Voice of Warning, all in German. Also includes a daily appointment book, in German and English. Dated approximately 1938-1940.
