The folder contains a lot of various participant list for events, presentations, concerts, and programs to be put on by the Westfield Center for Early Keyboard Studies. Also sections of notated music containing annotations by Dr. Bush, registration guidelines for certain pieces, a booklet about the organ, articles about organs and organ history, and some reference lists for intabulations.

There is a small brochure in English about the Pilgrimage to the Holy Blood and the history of the corporal cloth upon which a priest spilled wine which turned into an image of Christ. The booklet is about the church itself, about the altar, the baroque architecture, the organ, etc.

There is a postcard showing the organ console and keyboards looking over and through the church, and a postcard showing the organ pipes. The larger booklet titled "Weingarten" is about the city of Weingarten but mostly about the abbey. There are also two smaller brochures about the organ, each containing specifications for the organ.

Contains the personal diaries of Ruth Blanche Hatch Woodland, as well as other booklets, and letters from the Booklore Club Ruth belonged to. Diary entries and other material describes the basic day to day activities of Ruth between 1904 and 1982.
