Diaries include mission labors in the Southern States for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Biographical sketches are about parents, relatives, and friends including Mary Jane Gardner Miller, James R. Miller, Frank J. Taylor, E. J. Winder, Robert Gardner, and Reuben Miller.

Grant, an article copied from Deseret Evening news of May 21, 1898, and instructions for an L. C. typewriter.
