England writes about accounts of persons who fled from the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia. Includes six interviews from Cambodian refugees and their experiences of flight and how life changed from before the Khmer Rouge to when the Khmer Rouge came to power, and their lives after leaving Cambodia. Project was created as part of an English 667 course taught at Brigham Young University during the fall semester of 1994.

Thornton analyzes stories of Bigfoot sightings, explaining that these stories are told primarily by people who spend a lot of time outdoors or by motorists. She also discusses a Mormon oikotype of the Bigfoot legend, in which Bigfoot is believed to be Cain from the book of Genesis.
