Bunting collected narratives from twins. Included are stories about switching places, competition and envy, and sympathetic pain felt by the other twin when one was hurt or sad. The project was collected for an English 392 class taught at Brigham Young University in 1997.

Funaki discusses the many holiday family traditions that were had in the small town of St. Johns, Arizona. By comparing and contrasting those Christmas traditions had in her immediate verses extended family, Funaki strives to give the reader a deeper understanding of the holiday season in the Udall family. This project is a collection of the folklore found in the BYU Writing Fellows Program. It includes both an emic and etic point of view to this folklore group. The analysis comments on how occupational folklore is found in the Writing Fellows at BYU, including unique language and expression, material folklore, and the socio-cultural dynamics. Project includes photographs of material folklore. Collected by Katie McNey, Dr. Eliason's ENGL 392 class, Fall 2007.

Collection of stories and games related to adolescence. Includes games played at parties, jokes told amongst friends, and customs that the age group participates in. Created for Utah State University's Western Folklore History 524 course, winter, 1982.
Under attack: The Pearl Harbor- Hawaii temple bombing / Rixa Anne Spencer Freeze, 1999
Freeze conducted research on rumors about an attempted bombing on the Hawaii temple at the Pearl Harbor invasion. Included are stories in which a Japanese bomber repeatedly attempts to bomb the temple but finds his controls do not work, and accounts in which the temple disappears or becomes hidden in clouds. The project was written for Dr. Rudy's American Folklore class taught at Brigham Young University in 1999.
Underdogs : the hero's that American's cheer for / Catie Legro, 2011
Legro collected stories of underdogs (people not expected to do well) in society. Included are stories of a 4th grade boy overcoming his stutter, a policeman finding an elusive serial rapist after several years, and a deputy jumping a kidnapper and preventing a murder. The project was written for Dr. Rudy's English 392 class taught at Brigham Young University in Winter 2011.
