This series contains annual membership directories for the National Folk Organization. The records are of both members and executive officers. Information includes the members' phone number, email and address. There are also directories for the general folk dance community from 1987 and 1989. Dates range from approximately from 1986-2012.

This series contains the published newsletter, USA National Folk Organization. The editions came out quarter anually, and discussed NFO conferences, Pourparler, and other folk dance related materials. The first newsletter was distributed within the same year the NFO started. Dates range 1986-2014.
